Do I need a gym membership to follow the workouts?
No. AuthentikBody is designed to be adaptable to any environment. Whether you train at home or in a gym, each program provides modifications to suit your lifestyle and equipment access.
What kind of coaching do I receive?
You’ll have access to 4 live group coaching calls per month, covering:
Monthly Kickoff – Starting every month off strong, first Tuesday of every month.
Mindflow – Every 2nd Tuesday of the month we focus on the development of the mind
Nutrition – The third Tuesday we dive into the topic of nutrition, on the body and the mind.
Body – Every fourth Tuesday of the month strategies and coaching focused on physical fitness.
Is this a religious program?
No. While LivAuthentik integrates wisdom from spiritual teachings like A Course in Miracles and universal truths found in the Bible, it is not a religious program. The focus is on self-mastery, personal transformation, and elevating the human experience.
What happens if I miss a live coaching call?
All coaching calls are recorded and available in your member portal, so you can revisit the insights anytime.
What is Devotion, and why do I receive it every month?
Devotion is a premium supplement that supports mental clarity, physical endurance, and overall well-being. As part of your membership, we send you a bag every month—because consistency and nourishment are key to transformation.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, though we encourage a minimum 90-day commitment to allow real transformation to unfold. If you decide to cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
